No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Guys if you are a fresher and if going for a interview at wipro better take a day off because they waste your time so much lack of responsibility. Such a big it company uses only 2 laptops for taking assesment. Which will take almost 5 to 6 hours for your turn. The assessment they will take in shl app which available in playstore soeveryone but still they will call you to the ofc to the give the assessment and wait for 6 hours straight. After that if you clear the svar round. In the ops don't know who's that son of glitch voice specialist he just hires experience no matter who fantastic your interview goes you will be rejected just because you lack experience they just call the freshers for torture. We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

They hire you for different work and they change your process according to their requirements and the your career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too

Working with wipro having job security. Saturday Sunday is an week off even though it's depends on clients if you working for any client. Salary on time without any delay and no problems for any leaves.

Job security, It depends on Client, they Hire you without informing you that they are deploying you on a Contract basis with any client, and once client Project over, he will release instantly and then they will ask you to go through multiple rounds of Interview with another client, like you have already done to join this company and after a certain period of time they will exit you.

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Everything, I work for one of the wipro's client. Wipro make us to work for 9.5 hrs and make us raise the attendance for only 8.5 hrs that extra hour won't reflect anywhere in your production , they say that hr is your break. The skill development program actually exist only on paper. Salary is very meagre not even enough to meet our basic needs.
