Actually my 'The TL' & "The SME" were very bad persons. They tortured me as well as used abuse languages. I was mentally tortured by him, that the reason committed suicide only for Mr. Dulal Choubey (TL) & Vikram Kumar Singh. I told many times Company's management as well as told them that changing my process but they didn't take any actions Because The are compan's assets. There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.

They will allow you three attempt of assessment for those who are in free pool, and you don't know whether you can released by work.

They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

Everything from salary compensation to employees mental satisfaction, job satisfaction, apprisal, career growth, salary hike, bad hr policy ( policy are made only for namesake in reality they don't follow policy when it comes to employees benifits or employees talk wrt policy then don't accept their own policy but when company wantthey can tell you as per the company policy. Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
