No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Huge scope to explore multiple learnings and projects.

Dislikes

Many important areas are still following huge complex processes. Example the process in travel, claims, progressions, appraisals, new onboardings, hirings, etc. Missing transparency in the process wherever monetary benefits involved. Very less salaries compared to other competitors., they cannot sustain with family if they are moving to onsite through deputation.

Toxic management. No Job security. Appraisal and promotion policies are very poor and hardly you will get only single digit appraisal even if you get the best rating.

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

Dislikes

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.
