There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.

If you are working for ALIGHT DB Domain, then it's tough to work in this technology. This is not the domain you will find in every company, Tools are internals. So no open source tool they are using. Only work on in-house tool. So learning is less for open source category.

As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.

Guys if you are a fresher and if going for a interview at wipro better take a day off because they waste your time so much lack of responsibility. Such a big it company uses only 2 laptops for taking assesment. Which will take almost 5 to 6 hours for your turn. The assessment they will take in shl app which available in playstore soeveryone but still they will call you to the ofc to the give the assessment and wait for 6 hours straight. After that if you clear the svar round. In the ops don't know who's that son of glitch voice specialist he just hires experience no matter who fantastic your interview goes you will be rejected just because you lack experience they just call the freshers for torture.
