Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

There are lot of dislikes no hikes no promotion from 4 years.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Hired for java developer role , assured that it's a development project by project manager . After 2 months they said there is no development work it's a support project. Now unable to move to different project

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk
