Smooth exit process. Depends on project where you work. I had bad and good experience in Wipro. In the second project I worked under best manager.

Dislikes

Manager has the authority to ruin employee successfully. Irrespective of your skills and area of interest they push you into some irrelevant projects and if you want to come out it's nearly impossible. Manager will take things personally and won't hesitate to put you to pip even you have contributed well with project.

HR's are not employee friendly. They talk about "system" but are burden by the huge number of employees they have to handle. All of the non-technical staff be it HR, IT-Support and others are non cooperative in many ways. Manager make tall promises, don't trust what managers say or claim to be of help. dislike bench policy, employees feel helpless. variable pay must be abolished. Company gets 2~5x from clients project and when employee is out of project he is not given this amount and his job hangs in a balance for just 45 days to look for another project. HR and Managers threaten on Policies and employees take the bite cause they are fresh from college and are nervous about their jobs so they fall in line. Bad company practice on no hike for 1st year. Large Client Infra, learning opportunities are good for fresher and juniors to mid experience level, work life balance is terrible in complex projects specially large clients but it all depends on client and your direct manager or above management layer if they don't exert unnecessary pressure otherwise it is good

Few leaders by virtue of number of years of experience in organization [wipro alone] (not by virtue of KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS) decide the fate of your/employee growth and no-site opportunities. Looks like management encourages these kinds of leaders.
