When I left the organization I feel I am free like anything, such a toxic culture. Everyone is looking for a job . Attrition ratio is more than 80%. I would be happy when the company will shut down permanently , as there products are adulterated can cause serios consequences on human body .

Full LALA culture, no promotion , no salary increment, no job security. HR is just a name no role , no importance only working as a peon . Only 1 department is important is sales rest all are sales support. Management do not know the meaning of KRA / KPI / Job description/ role . Your role and responsibility is only mercy of the higher management can change any time.

Our managers are very polite and they always have your back if you are in any kind of problem.

Dislikes

Here, they rarely implement new tools for MIS and data analysis; they primarily work in Excel. Managing large data workloads in Excel can be challenging, as it often hangs. There’s been no effort to adopt SQL or cloud systems for database management, leading to outdated practices. This makes it difficult for newer employees to adapt.
