This company deceive you very well. This is service based company with zero product mindset. Extremely harrowing experience. Company bills some dollars from us company and keeps major portion with them and hands the remaining to employees They do not have any mindset to treat employees well. Extreme level of micro management, vice president and managers rather than giving technical guidance , they calculate the time an employee spends in washroom. They don't trust employee, first company in the country which doesn't give offer letter. There are chances that what Madhu says on call could mismatch when u receive offer after joining. Seriously, this place is extremely harrowing. After working for many product companies like VMware, siemens etc and even in few service based companies. I can clearly declare Vearc is the most Toxic environment. Vearc is a hell. If govt wants to punish criminals rather than keeping in jail or death punishment they can put them in Vearc Vearc environment is that much worst it exceeds that of hell. Forget about benefits, this company lacks basic facilities that any IT companies in India would offer. They lack employee centric vision No empathy. First when I read negative comments I didn't believe but now I'm weeping every day. Being an adult and even father. I need to take permission every single day even if I have to leave office 20 mins early. If u call sick then gone loss of pay. Regretting every moment after I joined vearc. Culture is too poisonous. Not for someone who is looking forward to grow or from reputed companies. If no job I would recommend stay at home and learn or wait until better opportunities come. But joining Vearc is like punishment. Everyday hammering. Huge opportunity to learn. Most of the work is product development work and you end up working directly with portfolio company’s senior leaders in US. The company has a very nice culture and you can speak to any of the senior member including the CEO of the company. We keep getting so many CTOs and CEOs visit from US and France. I am told that it has increased this year and it’s so cool to talk to them face to face. I was scared to join after seeing some negative comments but I then spoke to one friend of my friend who is working there for last 1.5 years who gave a very positive feedback. After joining I found at least 4 other people who were worried like me after seeing the negative comments. I am so happy that I spoke to an existing employee and got the right feedback. I like the fact that we are constantly being pushed to do better and be a better version of ourselves. The culture is a flat one, where everyone is approachable, no matter how senior / junior you are. Opinions are valued. A very good place to get business understanding as there is constant interactions with CxOs and we understand how they think about businesses and run them. Always willing to experiment with anything new from a technology standpoint if that adds value, so a good place for developers. It has been a few months since I joined VeARC. I've already had a few great experiences. I have had opportunities to interact and work with the CEO & CTO, which has never happened in my career. This experience is very impactful, especially considering that I've just started my career. My job pushes me daily and allows me to improve my skill set.

The work can get a little hectic at times. However, I am fairly compensated for my work and I have been given multiple opportunities to grow my career.

Most Genuine Review ever. I don't know about others I was paid really well ( also I have good previous CTC) Some of leaders are supportive. I sometimes got free hand to work on certain things. Sometimes I was appreciated.

Poor leave policies. Poor employee treatment during extreme sickness. Felt like school as I had to take lead permission to leave the office each time. As an adult this kind of treatment made me feel bad. 1. Worst service-based company to work. Legacy technology and most portfolio companies are very small and have little revenue. 2. They offer high packages and a joining bonus so that you are tempted to join the company. After joining they will show you hell. If you leave the company before two years they will take back the joining bonus. 3. Leave policy is the worst. Leaves are credited on a pro-rata basis and one sick leave for every two months. 4. There is no management hierarchy and everything is one man only for this company. 5. Too much of favoritism and politics. 6. No work from home. All 5 days in the office though they promise one day to work from home before joining. 7. Very small rented office. Number of employees working on actual software projects are about 50 only. The rest another 100+ are admin, operations, and finance. 8. Project deadlines are unrealistic and prepare to work late nights and weekends if you join. 9. No offer letter till you join and only one welcome letter is provided to offer employment which is of no use as no details will be provided in that letter including compensation. 10. I'm ashamed for joining Vearc and not joining a Better company. Or may be I must be ashamed for not being capable for moving to a better company than Vearc. the worst companies I have worked. The employee treatment is very bad. This is not a good place for IT employees. The mindset of leaders and management is totally different, They think like sales, operations or like bank managers, No technical mindset, not a technology company. U need to follow strict timings On top of that need to login when u go home and work on weekend and support the production. No complementary off. But they will praise u orally for supporting. No trust on employees. No additional benefit apart from salary. When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment. More time is spent by management on micromanagement. Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission. Extreme level of micromanagement. No basic term life benefits or parental. Poor leave policy. Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards. The company's expectations are unrealistic, with long hours and minimal rest. Weekend work is required for bug fixes and releases without any extra pay. Leaves are scarce, and there are no salary hikes post-joining. Even in emergencies or injuries, employees are expected to come to work.
