What's there to like...nothing!

Oops I can't give 0 star & I am forced to give 1 star only. Even if I'm not well I have to work from office can't take leaves easily. Not at all employee friendly and micro management. Typical service based company in the disguise of product based company. Lots of politics. They even force employees to give fake reviews and hence I'm giving this review anonymously. Your decisions are not at all heard forget about being considered. No flexibility you are just an replaceable slave here. They have unrealistic expectations. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
