Everything depends on the project and team you are in to. They used to have a good list of clients and project, not sure about the current situation. There are a list of certifications you can do where company reimburse the expenses.

Dislikes

Hike cycle are irregular. Hike cycle is postponed every year by 2 or 3 months and for long term employees it's a big loss. New joiness will not get proper hike in the immediate next hike cycle no matter when you have joined during the year. The HR department is very bad especially in the Intel Account. Their attitude towards employees need to change.
