Dislikes

Very difficult to get allocated next client project. After completion of less than 60 days in talent pool, you might get call from compliance department to put the paper or resignation. Hike is also not so good. They will be evaluating you through skill validation test (coding test) if you would be not able to pass they will force you to put the paper.

In my current organization iam getting 9lpa and is day shift. Now iam switching to another company with a package of 15lpa(13 fixed, 2 variable). This is a wfh option but is a night shift job and when asked about night shift allowance they said there will not be any extra night shift allowance. I have experience of 5.6years. Is what iam getting paid is less?

The only thing good about this company is it has a very good sports culture and other curricular activities. Quarterly Outing and Goodies distribution.

Bad compensation. Salary hike is less then 5% for 99.5% employees. Most of the time it becomes stressful work wise when you are deployed at client side.
