I received an offer from UST Global for 27 LPA, which includes a variable pay of 1.35 LPA. I have 4.5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and am also exploring opportunities with Nagarro and Globant. If I get the chance to discuss salary with them, what should be my expected salary? My current CTC is 18.8 LPA.

First try to clear the interview and once the negotiation starts you may tell them about the offer letter you already have and try to get hike on it. If they are matching the offer. go for Nagarro without any doubt.
