Little bit I can say job security if you are not on contract paper. I think Teleperformance Mohali Punjab location is good compared to Teleperformance Bangalore. I know corporate politics is everywhere.

I don't like to work to Teleperformance Bangalore Smart work techno Qube. Special WFM manager toxic and egoistic person. Currently I am working but I am on notice period.

Most worst management they always provide fake promises no coordination is there between the management and the management don't think we are human they think we are robot who can work 24 hrs without any battery.They also ruined the personal life and professional life both...so be careful before joining teleperformance kolkata for any process, specially Tataplay.

First of all I really like this name tag of company "teleperformance " , the building, the area . It' s a wonderful place to work from recruitment area where they are supportive - especially their nice behaviour and nice treatment -to -training room ( trainer -nice bonding as a friend) to each and every member on the floor. And on the floor there are team of members like the manager and all inspiring leadership (nice soft decent nature) I like their values about life and qa that really supported me. They allowed me to complete my tasks out of my working hours limits even when they can have risk of penalties.I mean they people consider/appreciate someone' s work. No Canteen on the same floor of work where we can save our breaks .All the time we rush from lift to lift consuming all the breaks.

No work life balance (they expect you to work 15hrs straight without extra pay) No reward only reprimand (top management's policy) 0% job security - you would lose your job anytime. Don't even think about appraisal. 😅

Nothing as of now, from a employees perspective this company is not doing anything more than giving there employees salary on time. There is no job security, you can be kicked out anytime

I was hired for a campaign in WFM offshore that TP was expecting and later on I got an update from HR that they have put some of us on notice period as they didn't get the campaign and if not selected in other campaign we will have to leave organization. It's been over 1 month and we haven't been assigned any campaign. Even previously I worked in rebel eats in 2019 and wa laid off in 2020 because of process wramp down. I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." There are few leadership who needs to sit and think what are they doing,there is no professionalism and biased culture however not all process or managers are like that but there are managers who are womanisers and also borrow money from junior level showing their authority

Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted…….
