Hello everyone, this is to bring to your attention that I have worked there for almost a year and a half and so far, what I have observed so far was the work culture, the fantastic management who is willing to take care of you in each and every situation. Additionally, I am very grateful to be a part of this organization. If you are willing to move forward, then there is no stopping here.

Nothing as such. Experience might differ from person to person but my experience with the organization is fantastic.

1. No accountability from senior side 2. Blaming the juniors 3. Abusive environment 4. Too much pressure 5. Complete 8 hours working and hardly gives the break even washroom breaks 6. Seniors give fake promises.

The wrost HR and the IT team. they took 5 days for simple updation of the software that led me to come to the team on regular basis just to sit and listen to theier excuses. No one takes responsibility its bad than the government hospital. please try to gain more skill and find any other organization 🙏

Little bit I can say job security if you are not on contract paper. I think Teleperformance Mohali Punjab location is good compared to Teleperformance Bangalore. I know corporate politics is everywhere.

I don't like to work to Teleperformance Bangalore Smart work techno Qube. Special WFM manager toxic and egoistic person. Currently I am working but I am on notice period.

Nothing This company is just trash.

Everything. They fire people without any prior notice. They promoted people but provide them a temporary position. You have to do work as a Team leader but they are providing zero increment and when the temporary period is done. They will permenent only those people who are their family favourites or give them some kind of extra thing and the hard working person will suffer.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP

More than 70% people working are rude and CORRUPT. Worst people u could work with, very selfish. There are good people but very few from my experience mostly women dont know why, men are so rude and behave so badly i dont believe how is that even possible in a mnc. Is it still mnc or scam center? All i ever heard was dont expect anything just be happy if you even receive your salary on time or ever. My advice even if you get a good package dont join go for lower package somewere else if you have an option you will save your soul. You will only get the job if you have bribed some one on the project incharge. You mean nothing to this company, not your time, not your effort, not your money......Read More
