Company is slowly adapting style of other companies but need to increase the pace.

Leadership team treat everyone as Contact Center Agent (which is there core business) they need everything on urgent basis, though they do not make use of that completed task. No Proper planning. Just data collection job for IT guy. Management team filled with ego, they want to greet them as Sir or Boss even in the email (I bet no one has Knight Hooded by the Queen) . Only join if you don't have join if your past experience with good companies. Illiterate leadership team make sure your life become hell. They far behind in terms of technology.
