The entire work environment. Too much of negativity and demotivation. No sense of seniority no one listens to you and your problem he are of no use they are only self centric and their to help themselves rather than the employee. Sometimes salary are also been hold for no reason even after applying leave they'll Mark you absent and yours salary will be hold or deducted. Good for nothing tl are also very poor at their knowledge most of the things are not been thought to you and you'll be ask to learn the things on your own . The breakout area help us to relax and recharge ourselves . Being able to play a game of table tennis or pool with my friends on a break was one the experience that I missed the most and I ' m glad that I will be able to do same again very soon .
