Very low salary that employee can not survive and they expect much work like a labour from employee no support from higher managment and even though they preferred their know person on the time of promotiom which come outside of the company like a corrupt system..and no learning and so they can not do something for employee like some fun activity etc...may be they will improve in furtue and support their back bone of company their employees......Read More
