Management in Mohali is egoistic. After serving 45 days of notice (which was agreed) abscond was raised. Then you need to pay complete 60 day recovery amount.

The culture really depends on the boss the site has. Previously we had a great culture but when the new CEO hired an untrained hotel manager (his friend) to lead the BPO site for Mumbai, the work culture became real bad. There was alot of office politics and people working in silos. You get job security if you are a fan of the sir ji culture.
Dislikes
HR was unfriendly and unhelpful. They are very closed-minded and stick to whatever "policies" the management says. The site head from Mumbai is not a good leader and he has a hire and fire mentality. He doesnt communicate clearly or give clear, actionable instructions. Therefore it becomes impossible to deliver the requirement, which becomes a negative point when they want to fire you.
