TP's job security is very effective. I worked there for 2 years and that thing I like most.

Dislikes

Management is not effective, it takes long time to get an approval for something. Company policies are nit employee centric.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
