I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Salaries are not justified. Hr & Ec team might not be in your favor all times If a scenario gets escalated you can expect the closure as an action

No job security every time I have been asked to leave due some or the other reason. Salary hike is not worth. Promotion is already decided internally and then only ijp is released. Poor management. I was hired for permanent WFH and now I have been asked to resign because I can't relocate due to BTO.

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

Every thik and they are running scame in goregaon branch at client location which is Aisan paints office Asian paints is payment 30k for under graduate and 35k for graduate but are only given 15k to 17k salary and there is 130 per for overtime mentioned in agreement between asian paints and Teleferformance but the are not giving overtime
