If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted……. Almost everything, they don't care about their employees at all. They just treat us like machines and want us to work for them as much as we can. The perks and benefits are also a big lie about this firm, As it is a third-party call centre firm the management will take all the money of every single agent and then pass on a handful of amount to them on month end. This company is very good in bluffing about the perks and benefits during their interview process, but as soon as you join ,then no one cares who you are and what promises have been given to you. I do love some people and Teleperformance who are worth for their positions and for such MNC to work with as due to them it is still standing in India or wise it could have slipped away from Indian market due to some pathetic managment officials

Managment of Amazon process in Jaipur hold by Teleperformance is terrible, no security of your job ..rude behaviour of some management officials as you cannot imagine them to be in such positions to react at such a place what they are drowning the name of Teleperformance at whole
