All review were fake which are posted for Majorel India Bcoz they ask employees in starting to post positive review from company email. This company is just for ruin your life and let you know how to miss use of your right if you are not the Agent level. Agent are only the person who is least valued and no one is capable to help them because no one listen you concern. Dumbest organization in Gurgaon I have ever seen in my whole career of 10 years. They say this is blended process but they put you all time on call as there tool have issue actually all the tool they have are faulty and anytime do anything You have to mark and request your attendance to present 3-4 time in one month. Cafeteria worst ever HR deaf then can even listen your request whether you give referral or complaint. Management not able to help you in any condition because whatever the want you have to follow - they will not working for you - working only for their own salary. Team leader know to scold and Leadership they don't know what the hell is that Only few TL are good to support there agents but they are also bounded with manager's condition.
