HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.
