The premium processes are well taken care of and there is minimal office politics Work life balance definitely depends upon process and your manager. Balanced increments in premium processes. You'll get to meet people from all walkthroughs of life which is pretty amazing and encouraging.

Dislikes

No work life balance Transportation department is worst and even the employee care department has double standards. None of the high priority cases are taken care of and they are only concerned about getting the employee to close ticket. Rigidity and ill management in non-premium processes. No work appreciation. Can have you work beyond your limits, give you a good farewell but still cross off all your rights of re-hiring if the management holds grudge against you....Read More

People from Senior leadership on one of the newly constructed site doesn't know how to speak professionally with their employees. Learned a lot from Teleperformance however got very disappointed when such incident occurred.
