Work culture is good. Very decent company for freshers.

Dislikes

Management is not so good. Keep believing what they hear instead of verifying. Promotes only near and dear ones. Employee care is actually employer care. Too much office politics. Training team is not up to the mark. Even during WFH you have to live in the city where you are working. Ex: I cant leave Jaipur with office system even if my home is just 2 hrs away.

We have job security, people are not just fired, if a mistake is made you will me given time to improve and evolve. People will also support you complete the task in hand if you ask for their help.

Management is not as you expect it to be, you will hardly be congratulated on the good stuff you do, but if numbers are not right you do have to answer for that. I am not saying its bad, just that some appericiation from management will be good for people working in the organization.

Company give promotion after six months i think that is the best part of it. Dissatisfaction is company don't provide salary as compared to other companies.

There is a lot politics but some time it give opportunity to people who don't know anything if talk about appraisal yes only 1000 increase in a year.
