Nothing. Only thing is interview cracking is very easy.

Worst company culture. Employees are treated badly. No hike or negligible hike every 3 year. Every weekend you are required to work. That too without any benefit. Even the policy says associate is eligible for 250 rupees per day only while the travel cost to office is more than that from one side.

There is no proper comms shared on project end, you will be put on bench without any intimation even if you have performed really well. HR team does not share any comms on salary, promotion, appraisal or hike. There are many. Mainly no rewards and recognition. Appraisal is a myth here. Except work life balance other factors are terrible. Management never care about the resources (U band). Mainly throw the visas to resources to loot them.

We all know how service based organisation work would be but I wouldn’t mention anything wrong about the organisation but it’s all the top people who sits in the ladder who doesn’t know any tech stuff and treat you like shit. Yes I had very bad experience with my manager named Murugesh Radhakrishnan who is a guy treats people like shit and who doesn’t know any tech stuff but behave as if he knows everything. I worked mainly from customer location and had limited TechM people around. But good part about Tech M is they have many projects with these customers and hence you always have something to move to if you are skilled. They do have good learning platform too.

Salaries are relative lower than market.
