They dont see ur work and they dont give u value and they dont give nice rating after doing their tasks also . Taking maternity leave then after coming back from leave they will not give u opportunities to attend interviews or anything . They simple as you to resign …worst company .

Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .
