no work timings in my project based on client it may happend .but the thing is employee physical and mental health aslo the matter of Company Growth this not my dislike only suggestion...

Micro management. While WFH the productivity is really good but from April they started like we have to stay in office for 5hrs a day and weekly 3 days as mandatory though our entire team is scattered in different locations. Even we are in office still we have to connect through teams only. Which is a waste of time to travel to office.

Tech Mahindra is good Service base company . the working culture are good, all staff are very cooperative, you will get opportunity to learn many things but the average appraisal hike and promotion are very very less.

1. In my 8 years of experience the worst company is tech mahindra. 2. Poor management and leadership skills. 3. 16 hours a day work in the project. 4. Work on the weekends as well if requirements is there without overtime, compensation. 5. If you shut down your machine after your office time they will call you directly into tour personal number. 6. If you are on the bench for 2 months, you will be fired instantly. The sick leave policy is not good. you have to use your earned leaves. Weekend/On-call allowances are very poor. will get Rs.250 per day if you work on weekend & no compoff.

Nothing is good about techmahindra electronic City phase 2. It was my terrible decesion to join this company.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible. Management is the most terrible thing of TechM. Washrooms are dirty Food quality is bad. Even though we pay and eat, the outlets are serving bad foods. In the night shift I have encountered even stale food. Compliant about it but no action taken.
