Less Pay They don't take feedback for mentors and managers. They only take feedback for us. And review us on the basis of senior reviews. It really impacted our appraisal.

If you are a fresher and want to join tech mahindra, here are a few things you should know. - They say you will have 3 months of domain specific training but they only train you for 15 days. - They do not care what you know. They will assign you to a domain you are most unfamiliar with. - You will have no access after those 15 daysto training content and training labs. - You will be put on bench for atleast 18 months. Go to office, scan your tag and then just do timepass. - Project opportunities will come but they won't take you if you have no experience. Ironic. - When on bench your manager changes for every few months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench.
