Less Pay They don't take feedback for mentors and managers. They only take feedback for us. And review us on the basis of senior reviews. It really impacted our appraisal.

They dont see ur work and they dont give u value and they dont give nice rating after doing their tasks also . Taking maternity leave then after coming back from leave they will not give u opportunities to attend interviews or anything . They simple as you to resign …worst company .

The skill development if we enter as freshers is zero. No project allocations, constant threat for job security. The HR is bogus. It is the job of the company to allocate the available candidates on bench according to the availability. The trainers see the employees different. They choose favorites.
