A very worst experience in my lifetime is working with tech Mahindra No job security Very rude behaviour towards associate Without any valid reason they will terminate form the process No value of our time effort totally bad experience

I have never seen such a pathetic management managers sme and trainers on this site. They all care about csat and dsat. They become hypocrites in front of the client. From Am to sme everybody is rude. The am will ask you turn on your camera no matter what u r doing u have to turn your camera on if he calls up the meeting. In front if everyone he will humiliate you if you do not meet your numbers. They will all have partiality towards locals and they will make fun of you in their mother tongue which u wont be able to recognise. They have 0 communication skills they will make u work so hard u will feel u r in a pressure cooker. HR, operations team and management are most terrible. The higher authorities always treat their employees like a slave's. When you get better opportunities total higher authorities behave like horrible. Never ever getting support form HR end and operations end.

there is nothing to like..every people play politics and senior management dont have humanity...One of the most 3rd quality poor cheap services and people...every senior guys are flirty and use back bitching about girls...

there are so many things to dislike specially senior and manager level never supportive, always spread bad rumour about you...seniors openly use abuse language infront of everyone....completely flirty culture...If girls dont listen him they start pushing work pressure and start using abuse language...no rspect for girls...everyone trying flirt...

Their sme ,tl think that they are the owner of company,always want to get defame for the colleagues work under them , mostly I want to say that everyperson working with this company is fed up ,only they are working as their is no jobs in market and , earning is survival. Badest experience Freshers don't go , you will love within one month , but after they will treat you like slave.
