Dislikes

Terrible work culture, no humanity, higher authorities don't know at least how to dress professionally in office, they follow no professionalism. HRs' are there only for hiring bunch of freshers in a daily basis with no such basic quality. Even the HRs don't know how to talk properly.This is the worst work place for any professional and well educated person.

Though the salary is like a little drop 💧 of water 💦 at the end of month but plus ➕ point is credited on time by end of the date of every month exactly even if it was any holiday then it has been credited by the day before ending date of the month. This is only good thing believe it apart from this there is noting else good.

Dislikes

Here is the long list of dislikes :👇 1. Employees or associates are deprived from a good salary nobody can maintain a standard life on the basis of current market expenses for daily life, too poor amount of salary. How management can offer such horrible poor salary to any new employee that is the point of anxiety, is management notwell aware about the current market price and expenses? If yes then why did not design the entry level salary in that manner to ballance the life of human beings? Are entry level employees have no rights to live a better life as per standardisation of society? 2. No national holidays from the organisation it shows how stubborn and how to overruled to any social system even no Independence day, no Republic, May day, instead of providing national holidays instigates everyone to work in exchange off few more penny like a slave or thrall, management always count to all associates like a working machine and treat with the associates like the employees have no personal will, life, social standard life-work ballance, family, neither should to be nor they have. The person who is alone, who has no family, no love life, completely alone in his / her world and is thinking to commit suicide they are first priority to make them associate or employee of this organisation, then one day that person will find him or her dead with no pain anymore. 3. Only one /1 week off even that's also rotational overall that management has designed to snatch it too from the employees' life in exchange of few penny, they call it extra income, how can anyone it extra, extra means after fulfilling the basic requirements of daily life when someone earning more, but here basic requirements of life on daily basis is suffering from dearth that is not getting fulfilled.
