The skill development if we enter as freshers is zero. No project allocations, constant threat for job security. The HR is bogus. If you are a fresher and want to join tech mahindra, here are a few things you should know. - They say you will have 3 months of domain specific training but they only train you for 15 days. - They do not care what you know. They will assign you to a domain you are most unfamiliar with. - You will have no access after those 15 daysto training content and training labs. - You will be put on bench for atleast 18 months. Go to office, scan your tag and then just do timepass. - Project opportunities will come but they won't take you if you have no experience. Ironic. - When on bench your manager changes for every few months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench. You can, but they deduct some of your salary. - You will see your juniors join and experience the same things as you. Even though they have no projects they keep recruiting....Read More
