Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. Policies are good , appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Documentation for any issue is very lengthy.

9 hr duty , if you do not do the work for one hour in whole day, there is no issue , but they expect everything from new associates and engage them for ground level work , one or two associates who become favourites , the will get anything , but others nothings, after 3+3 year service i just released , there i no growth no salary hike .

Dislikes

Fully Family associated , There is many lazy person , they have hold of this company , no good exposure until they are sitting in org.
