Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Career development is very good in tech mahindra also techmahindra provide jobs to understand graduates who are pursuing distance education.

Salary increment is very bad in tech mahindra, no matter what position you get your salary wont increase as per the position and experience, and they provide hp laptops and they hang a lot, being an MIS i felt like they should provide better laptops to the people who work on heavy task, the performance of the laptops are very poor.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
