I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I was working at noida location. there was very bad condidition of employee TL or AM behaviour like uneducated. there was many employee quit job due that 2 guy. i request to TECH mahindra team please take action for this kind of activity. speciallly noida nsez for bpu process.
they force to over time and not given any extra salary for that time. i m had been very frustated after joining there thats why i quit my job in just 6 months. 1 more thiung there senior employee full of politics mind so please dont trust any one .keep your work only dont share you future goal and you next steps.

I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.
The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

It's difficult you list down LIKE/LIKES about the company as I could not find any so far.
1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8. I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.
Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
