Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very laid back style management and the HR team that is far from reality. Never reachable, huge payout discrepancies and Onsite offers with good hikes given only to selected few. No transparency. Managers not supportive of role changes and job rotations. Good to start your career as a fresher and move out in 2 years time.

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
