Salary comes on time & brand value

Dislikes

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

The most pathetic company that I have worked for. Incompetent leadership, vision less supervisors and the worst HR/onboarding experience that I have ever had. And the first org that I have seen where your shift depends on how late your cab picks you up, appalling structure of operation.

HR, onboarding, travel desk, FMG(especially transport)

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
