Likes

As long as you are in a Project, you are fine. Also, most of Indian IT services companies do AMS services - along with skill, keep your manager happy. Tech Mahindra could possibly have better culture, job safety & better setup than comparable biggies like Wipro or even HCL. But, it all depends on your Program or Delivery Mgr.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike comparable to other biggies. They are mostly the same.

Work Details

Worked in both Delivery & Middle office functions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
