Job security - Good

Dislikes

Annual increments are not good compared to the industry standards. HR should look into challenges facing by employees. Company focus on Business rather than competency hence highly skilled Engineers are leaving the company.

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
