Dislikes

Low compensation, less hikes for internal resources, salary deductions more than other companies, no benefits for shift allowance. IT and BPS have a culture of overworking without over time, groupism is common based on locality, language, etc. and favoritism is shown to people based ontheir rapport, rather than their competence or skills.
