I have worked in tech m before 5 years in I have joined recently again no change in the company same old politics,same old work load,no work life balance, previously I was in techm BPO know in Tech m IT no change.but I think job security is till there.

Low compensation, less hikes for internal resources, salary deductions more than other companies, no benefits for shift allowance. IT and BPS have a culture of overworking without over time, groupism is common based on locality, language, etc. and favoritism is shown to people based on their rapport, rather than their competence or skills. Work culture is good. Work-life balance is also good. Mostly medical insurance facility given for elder parents up to 85yrs for higher amounts up to 40lacs but we need to pay premium which is much lesser than outside insurance companies.this extremely good if you have any sick parents.

Dislikes

Lot of middle level managerial politics. Politics in hikes. Always trigger learning content mostly not relevant to your field of work. Learning hrs are mandatory.no job security. Any time they may ask you to leave. If projects are not there HRs put you in unnecessary pressure even though they know the status of project availability.
