Worst organization and they like to brand employees are happy to work here but it is absolutely absurd.

Its a work from home they will not even like to give compensation for your internet. They will send you old system which was there in office like desktop cpu they cannot even afford laptop. Internal politics no growth. Incentive will be deducted even if you are rank 1 by some or other lame excuse. They think agents are robots and even will not pay you when you serve your notice period and will charge you to give them money otherwise they threatened to send notice....Read More

You get to meet people from various cultures. Oh! Wait, that's with every MNC out there, so there's none.

SMEs don't know how to behave with employees. I joined this company with hopes of making a career, but was shouted at; multiple times for not reaching targets. I lost my self respect and left only because of these SMEs. I even reached out to HR, they didn't even spare me during the notice period. I was not the only was that was being shouted at. I saw others with tears in their eyes and leaving their IDs at HR. I think this company should spend some money on training their SMEs in handling difficult situations, if not don't promote who are incapable of showing minimum respect to other employees.
