Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillin conpany policies are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus evevru year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! / Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a tests of different roles within the same tea

It was my first job. I was so excited to finally join a company and work for. But,I need to mention all the seniors have an anger management issue. My trainer(will not mention the name) insulted me by our family business of a small grocery store. Also used slang multiple time on me. I protested on the 2nd time and stood up for my dignity. My TL blamed his mistake of lack of knowledge to me and my colleagues. Never got the actual salary which was told to be fixed on the beginning. Worked 9 hours including 1 hr break. Still after that we had to do meeting of atleast 1-2 hrs a day.

Less than average. No balance between work and private life. They used to take more than 10hrs sometimes, though we obviously got paid for 8 hrs working.
