Atleast my project work life balance is moderate. and variable pay upto tech lead (U4) getting 100 percent and getting the same in monthly basis unlike many other service based company.

Dislikes

Policy wise need to improve a lot to compete with other Indian service based companies like TCS and Wipro. Management is not good enough unable to retain client.

Salary during hiring, WFH facility

Dislikes

Hire & fire policy. Once the project is over they put you on a bench and then for 60 days you have time to get a new project. HR and managers from IBU are not reachable. Very hard to find projects, if you get a call then there will be 2 rounds of technical rounds. No sick leave policy. Worst hike and yearly appraisals.

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

Nothing. Only thing is interview cracking is very easy.

Dislikes

Worst company culture. Employees are treated badly. No hike or negligible hike every 3 year. Every weekend you are required to work. That too without any benefit. Even the policy says associate is eligible for 250 rupees per day only while the travel cost to office is more than that from one side.
