The recruitment process was good, they took people bulkly. First 3 months training was good.

...cation team. And for freshers you will be terminated after your bond completion. And forget about Hike and promotion, even base salary is too low for the current market scenario. You will work here like slave without getting any recognition.

Only the brand name you can put in your CV, there are nothing to be liked.

...Poor management and leadership skills. 3. 16 hours a day work in the project. 4. Work on the weekends as well if requirements is there without overtime, compensation. 5. If you shut down your machine after your office time they will call you directly into tour personal number. 6. So, any HR reach to you for immediate join just hang up the call, or face the same consequences. 7. It’s ruined my health and overall interests in the IT field.

Learning is the only thing that I liked here

Everything. There is no work life balance, no increment in salary from past 2 years, sometimes working hours extended to 15-16 hours. Maybe this varies from project to project but my experience is worst in this project. Only thing I got here is to learn how to deal with clients and gained knowledge on different automation tools

Pros as of now: - work life balance - compensation - friendly manager

Dislikes

Cons: - personal career growth - no visibility for your idea( at least in AT&T project) - dishonest HR , they will tell you many things but nothing you will see in organisation - Old technology and no development or enhancement work - project learning is very limited
