Salary. Management. HR policies. Work environment. Job satisfaction. Everything is utterly disgusting. No professionalism at all. No promotion. If they promote it will be like alchemy where they can move to L1 even though you are promoted as a TL. Cheat and cheap company.

Good work environment and culture. There is huge cafeteria. They do not give good salary and do not give bonus.

The management doesn't address our issue. Associate salary is very low and career growth is also very low. Very low PF balance deduction from salary. After five completed I does not get any better opportunities here so now i am looking for an better opportunity for my career.

Probably it was my first company in India over all experience was good in starting but omg in the end it was like worst and even it was getting worse and worse no job security everytime work pressure alot after shift we need to join the meeting salary was also getting deducted each and every time policy were horrible

...se to keep changing everyone's LOB from one to another without a prior notice 2. They didn't pay me the PLI amount of 4 months and WFH allowances 3. When I went to submit resignation TL rejected it in my last working day 4. Due to rejection of my resignation I've been marked as absconded 5. Now these fraudsters are asking me to pay 5508 INR so that they will provide me papers 6. Your work life balance will be hectic 7. In Tech Mahindra the HR department behaves like they are doing government job 8. Tech Mahindra doesn't have an instant solution of your problem

Salary is decent but growth is not up to the mark. Usually salaries credit on time. That's the only thing which I like about the organization.

I have a huge list for disliking Tech Mahindra. 1. Management is soo poor to keep their promises. Even they do not give the basic priorities to the employees. The work pressure is very high. I've to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend the meeting during my duty hours. They do not give you the proper compensations or allowances. When you going to ask the reason they will tell you to consider the allowances to adjust in the next month, and the funny part is, "that next month will never come again". There are many more fake promises like these which they usually tell to the employees. In short, I don't want to join Tech Mahindra again in my life.
