Work culture, behaviour of the TL is too much bad. Managers are treated you like a slave. They strech you login hrs. everyday. So terrible work environment.

...of maintaining RR and Csat. They called me at the midnight to maintain my score. Maintaining the csat score is not in my hand it's completely depends on customer but I had to pay the consequences. I was very genuine of my job bt for thease pressure I had to left the job after 4 years. Poor policies of flipkart in techm. 😡

Environment is good, employees and seniors are very much supportive and helpful. If you are doing something wrong there are so many seniors who will not make you uncomfortable, everyone will teach you and you can learn many things by working here. They even try to provide you your preferable week offs and shifts if possible.

Dislikes

Process is just terrible, salary is also very poor expected by the job they give to the employees, management is worst, they are unable to find out which employees are good and which are bad. Even in this pandemicas i am working from home but whenever i ask them if i want to do the job from office will they provide any transport or not, they just say that they are unable to provide the same.

The most dislike thing is Management. I've faced the salary issue like it didn't get credited on time and in every month, some part of the salary was missing. The escalation process is useless.

The work culture initially was pretty good during the training period. Associates are taught well. Soft Skills are developed. You can learn a lot if you deal with different people anyway that's how you can develop your skills here.

... only 1 day, you might not too as it totally depends on the roster. INCENTIVES During the big billion days of Flipkart, we were notified that from Sept 16 to Oct 30 and whoever completes 40 days will get Rupees 5k incentives and in October, if you work on your week off atleast for 3 hrs you'll get 125 rupees for each hour and completing your full day will give you 1000 rupees and all of these will be credited with the salary of November. Considering all these, I worked for 40 days which included 3 week offs of mine which would sum up to 8k extra pay with salary. Just to complete the 40 days i didn't even take any leave during Durga Puja.When the salary was credited for the month of November i didn't receive the amount and on asking the TL said we won't receive as it's decided by the management.
