Nothing all things are bad in tp behaviour salary all thing there is nothing to like and of the best reason for no like tp is there team leader like santosh

There is a team leader there, Santosh, he is a very bad guy, he doesn't even know how to talk to anyone, when my uncle died, he used to say that your people are dead, you should get free, and no one takes any action against him, neither he is there nor anyone else, now this Santosh will be shifted to Canada process, the address of the teleperformance complex in which it is located is dlf cyber Cyber city dlf phase 2 sector 24 gurugram haryana building no 10B pincode-122002

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

Working days which is 5.5, i used to work in norton which is premium process, they should at least provide 5 days working like all other premium processes do

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.

Poor company, Tp Jaipur sitapura . There are wasting my time 15 days without pay I will tell you how. First the company hired employees other state then before came jaipur there are taken 2 rounds of interview. Then after office came then are taken 4 phase of interview, then I have clear already all rounds of interview, after that I got offer latter and do as well induction/ documentation done. Date of joining 10 may 2024, after started training but shocked when trainer said I will taken interview again because batch full so need to fired 5 employees any . And they started screaming candidate one by one asking unnecessary question. No I loss my job they are taken 15 days spent all money myself. I loss money and time.They are fired no job security. HR not responding properly even not receiving my call, without information they done FNF. Without pay I have already spent 10 days in office after date of joining.
