I do not like anything about the company. A very cheap company who doesn't care for the employees.

Salary not given as per offer letter. No leaves are approved. No growth opportunity in the company. The team leaders and the AMs do not care for their team. Ot and incentives are held for mor than 3 months and still not in hope for getting them

This is the worst company i have ever worked in my lifetime. The management of this company do not care of their employees as because they are very renowned brand. They treat their employees harshly. They fired them whenever they want. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDABLE TO WORK WITH STARTEK.

...extra money and then they do not pay that. Management is so bad of this company. Even they deduct lot of salary.

That it gives opportunity of working from home which gives flexible working hours

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating

TL due to non support i was facing salary issue i also told my TL but she told me only my system issue i had 40+ leave in my account but after that my salary deducted. Few months ago I was facing same issues. But didn't get any resolution. No salary increment last 3 years My TL didn't me why I am leaving job. But still I am feeling proud work with aegis. I here i learned lot's of think

The best part I liked about this company was only the pay scale, as salary is given on time and after every three months we do also get bonus also.

Worst company ever. I will not suggest anyone to work in this company. They will fire you without any reason and also they don't give holidays on festivals too. They also don't promote their agent. As well as they will target you for one of your mistake and for that mistake only they will fire you. Politics is on top in this company as always they are ready to hire candidates. You can also see there office it's written over their hiring, hiring and hiring. Management team is also not upto the mark always partiality is done with agents for few of favorite agents of the management team.
