Because it is reputed company.and here working atmosphere is also good no salary issue and now I heard that this company also provided work from home job.i am looking like this job. So I like this company

Some TL s behaviour is very rude.this not appropriate.so I think when company selected teal leader have to observe that this team leader s behaviour with others employees should be good.

The way to climb the ladder of success depends on the length of toubge rather than performance . Another dissatisfactory thing that people get promoted and then after few months they are rolled back to previous position except performing well .

...t got much time to spend.But the training and the onboarding process was smooth.And they have always credited salary on time.

Dislikes

In my process we had only 1 week off which is rotational but during the sale season we didn't even got that also.I have worked continuously for 3 weeks without any week off.They said they will pay extra for that but they didn't.They was a loss of pay in every month salary slip.And even after telling the HR they are not resolving it.They always forced us to fo overtime work in the name of targets.And they started giving pressure to employee to leave the job when they saw the floor is over populated and they are not able to give them salary and incentives.

...ignity. My TL blamed his mistake of lack of knowledge to me and my colleagues. Never got the actual salary which was told to be fixed on the beginning. Always used to be less than that (to be precise,it less than half of what was told sometimes).

Worked 9 hours including 1 hr break. Still after that we had to do meeting of atleast 1-2 hrs a day.

The payments and salary are paid on time, if it's been mentioned by the company on the papers.

The management is lacking in everything, and the hierachy for escalating any issue for any working executive or someone who has left the job is clearly not available in Tech Mahindra, Kolkata.
